The following information is important. Kindly read through it carefully:
- To avoid disappointment and guarantee your booking we encourage you to pay the course fees via EFT as soon as you've submitted the registration form. If you want to pay via cash deposit you may be charged extra (+-R50) to cover the bank charges. Email the proof of payment to admin@arbodigital.co.za or WhatsApp to +27 67 882 6218.

- If the booking is for a minor (under 18), then the registration form needs to be completed by the parent or guardian. Accepting and submitting the registration form will be regarded as consent for the child to attend the classes. If the child has any medical condition that could impair them in any way during the sewing lesson, it is your responsibility to inform us in the messages section of the above form.
- Provided we have the space, you may request to bring along your own sewing machine if you have one, but you will be solely responsible for it, and will not hold us or any of our partners and affiliates responsible for any losses or damages that occurs as a result of bringing your own equipment. The same goes for any tools or personal items you bring along with you to the class. We advise that you mark your things, keep it on your person at all times and take it home with you at the end of each class.
- All equipment and materials at the class venue should be considered the property of the organisers and must not be removed from the class unless explicit permission has been issued by the facilitator/co-ordinator.
- For group bookings there may be an additional call out fee, if outside of Mitchells Plain, unless you arrange free transport for the instructor. You will be solely responsible for organizing, providing a venue & registration of all participants. You will need to ensure that you comply with all safety and other relevant regulations that may be required for organising such an event and will not hold the instructor or ARBO digital, it's staff and affiliates liable for any damages or loss occurring whatsoever.
- You may cancel no later than 24 hours before the class starts. You will need to notify us by WhatsApp before 5pm the day before class commences.
- Classes that you miss are not refundable however, you may re-schedule as long as you've notified us 24 hours before the class begins. If we cancel the course you will either be issued with new dates, or receive a refund.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions anytime and will state in this clause if and when amendments have been made.
- By submitting the form above you accept these terms and conditions and consent to us contacting you regarding this course or promotions, via any of our official communication channels, but not limited to WhatsApp and email.
